I came to this work through my Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Before receiving my independent therapist license, I had the opportunity to work with the most vulnerable populations dealing with acute mental health crises. It has been my privilege to stand with folks walking through the hardest days of their lives, and they have taught me so much.
I approach therapy with a whole-person, systems-aware lens. My work is collaborative and individualized, with a focus on helping clients understand patterns, make sense of their inner world, and build skills that support real life—not just insight in the therapy room. I specialize in working with religious trauma, OCD, life transitions, and existential concerns, and I integrate somatic awareness alongside trauma-informed CBT and parts-based approaches. I’m especially attentive to pacing and nervous system safety, and I aim to create a space that feels steady, non-judgmental, and deeply human—where you can tell the truth about what’s hard and move forward with clarity and self-trust.
