Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Mercy College, and I’ve been working with clients for over 10 years. I work with adults, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, and patterns of overthinking.

I approach therapy in a collaborative and structured way, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My goal is to help you gain insight into unhelpful thoughts and patterns, while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I’ve always been someone who values understanding—both of myself and others. Over the years, I’ve learned that therapy isn’t about eliminating thoughts or feelings, but about changing how we respond to them. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work with clients from a place of empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe that connection—both with yourself and with others—is at the core of meaningful change.

Together, we’ll look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether that shows up as anxiety, overthinking, or challenges in relationships. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ERP, I help clients build insight and develop practical tools to respond differently—not just feel better.

My goal is to help you strengthen your sense of self, improve communication, and feel more confident navigating difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change or feel differently about in your life.

You can expect a collaborative and supportive space where you’re treated as the expert of your own experience. I’ll ask questions to better understand your thoughts, patterns, and goals, and we’ll begin to explore how those patterns may be impacting you.

We’ll also start identifying what matters most to you—your values and what you want life to look like moving forward. From there, we’ll create goals together and adjust them as needed over time.

My approach focuses on helping you gain insight into your thoughts, begin to reframe unhelpful patterns, and understand that thoughts are not facts. We’ll start building practical tools early on so you can begin responding differently, not just feeling better.
