Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families navigating crisis and challenging life circumstances. As a trauma-trained therapist, I utilize a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work in 2020 and am passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I’m the therapist your childhood self is afraid of.

Not because I’m here to judge you, tell you what you did wrong, or make you relive everything you’ve been through.

I’m the therapist who is willing to gently ask the questions you may have spent years avoiding.

The therapist who will help you look at the things you learned as a child that may still be affecting the way you think, love, communicate, set boundaries, and show up in relationships today.

I’m the therapist who will remind you that surviving something doesn’t mean you have to continue living from a place of survival.

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about what happened, how it affected us, and what we need now.

What you can expect from me

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and centered around you. I want therapy to be a space where you can take off the mask, unpack what you've been carrying, and begin making sense of the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come to therapy.

You just have to be willing to start.

Your past may have shaped you, but it doesn't have to define the rest of your story.
