Great to meet you!

I'm Kristen, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 5 years of experience supporting people through the messiness of real life. I'm based in San Diego and see clients via telehealth, which means I can be flexible and meet you where you are — whether that's a busy week or a hard season. I'm currently accepting new clients and am in-network with a number of insurance plans, so getting started is easier than you might think.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel accessible — not like something you have to fit into your life, but something that actually supports the life you're building. My approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting you where you are, without judgment. I care about helping people find more freedom and flexibility in how they relate to themselves and others, and I work at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other — I want to hear what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your goals, and we'll talk through what working together might look like going forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, not overwhelmed, and with a real sense that we have a path forward together.
