Great to meet you!

Compassion is at the center of my practice. There are good reasons why you feel the way you do. But a lot of us are so harsh with ourselves on top of our pain--I work with my clients to develop the skills to treat themselves with kindness, which gives a lot more space to use tools for healing and to get unstuck.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My background, experience, and studies make me especially suited to help with anxiety and religious trauma, but a lot of other struggles are on the menu too!

What you can expect from our first session

With clients, I work to build self-compassion skills, learn in-the-moment mindfulness tools for regulating the nervous system, and to figure out what each next best step is to moving toward the kind of life you are hoping for.
