Great to meet you!

Many of us carry narratives from negative self-talk, cultural expectations, and family patterns that echo through our daily lives. These stories shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others. As a Black male therapist and dyslexic learner, I understand the impact of identity, difference, and resilience. These experiences shape the way I show up—with patience, authenticity, and deep respect for your challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounding, and focused on helping you understand the patterns that keep you stuck. I support clients in healing intergenerational wounds, regulating difficult emotions, and building steadier ways of moving through the world.

I offer a calm, clear space where we explore what’s heavy, strengthen what’s already resilient, and practice new ways of being. At its heart, my work reminds you that you don’t have to carry everything alone—change grows through insight, connection, and intentional steps forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that’s calm, steady, and free of judgment—a place where you can simply exhale. I listen for the truth beneath your words: the weight you’re carrying, the strength you’ve forgotten, and the life you’re quietly reaching toward.

Together, we name what’s bringing you in and sketch gentle goals—maybe easing emotional overwhelm, reshaping old patterns, or carving out moments of peace in a demanding world.

My hope is that you leave feeling seen, grounded, and a little more certain that healing is possible—and that you won’t have to walk that path alone.
