Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a place where you can finally exhale, a space to lay down what you’ve been carrying and listen for the quieter truths beneath the noise of daily life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist, I support people moving through uncertainty, change, and the deep work of identity and meaning-making.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in a person-centered, humanistic foundation, with Gestalt influences woven throughout. I approach each client with genuine curiosity, believing that you already hold an inner wisdom that therapy helps uncover. My art therapy background offers another path inward when words feel too tight or too small; creative expression becomes a way of tracing the contours of your experience, gently and without judgment.

I also draw from existential and phenomenological perspectives. This orientation invites us to slow down and consider the larger questions: What is changing? What is asking for your attention? How do you want to live? Together, we explore the emotional terrain of your life with honesty, compassion, and a readiness to discover what feels most true for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a grounding, spacious conversation. There’s no pressure to have the right words or the perfect story. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and a little more connected to yourself, as if you’ve stepped into a room where you can finally be fully and freely you.
