Great to meet you!

If anxiety keeps pulling you out of the present, your relationships feel harder than they should, or you're somewhere in the middle of a life shift that you didn't plan for, you're not imagining it the stress, and you don't have to keep navigating it alone. I work with adults who are ready to understand what's actually driving their stress, grief or disconnection, not just get through the week. With 10 years of experience across both behavioral and medical care, I bring a perspective that treat your mind body as the connected system they are. Whether you're dealing with performance anxiety patterns in your relationship that keeps repeating, or a loss, I am here to help you build the kind of clarity confidence that actually last.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. We'll move at your pace with direction and intention. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and shift the thought patterns behind anxiety and avoidance, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you stop, fighting your experience and start moving towards what actually matter, and Somatic and Mindfulness techniques to help deepen the mind body connection. The goal is to create practical coping skills, and sustainable changes that help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting oriented together. I'll ask what brought you in, a little about your history, and what you most like to shift. You don't need to have it all figured out before we meet- most people come in with a feeling, not a clear story and that's perfectly OK. By the end, you'll have a sense of how I work, we will begin sketching out some goals, and you will likely leave at one or two things that you can try before we meet again.
