My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I partner with clients to understand their experiences, values, and goals, and use evidence-based psychiatric care to support emotional stability, healing, and long-term wellness. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session at Infinity Wellminds, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space focused on understanding your story. We’ll review your current concerns, personal goals, and relevant medical history to build a clear picture of your emotional and overall wellness.

I’ll explain how psychiatric evaluations and medication management work, answer your questions, and discuss evidence-based options that align with your preferences and lifestyle. Together, we’ll set initial treatment goals and develop a collaborative plan that feels supportive and manageable.

I strive to offer warm reception, transparent, and paced at your comfort level, so you leave your first visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps.
