Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and teens facing substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, and family reunification. I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work. I’ve worked in residential treatment, community mental health, reentry programs, and private practice, serving people from many different backgrounds. Clients often say I’m easy to talk to, direct, and relatable. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to change your life.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly and work through the things that have been weighing you down. I use evidence-based approaches—like CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care—while tailoring each session to your needs, your pace, and your goals.

I’m direct when you need clarity, supportive when you need compassion, and always focused on helping you build confidence, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and a more stable, meaningful life. We work as a team, and together we create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you hope to change. You don’t have to share everything—just what feels comfortable. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and we’ll start setting a direction together. My goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and supported as we begin the work.
