Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and the overwhelming patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Whether you're constantly overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling emotionally exhausted, or repeating the same unhealthy relationship dynamics, therapy can provide the space to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is holistic, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by the connection between the mind, body, relationships, and environment. I integrate practical, proven interventions with affirming, strengths-focused care that honors your lived experiences while encouraging growth and accountability. Together, we'll identify and reframe negative thoughts, challenge self-defeating beliefs, and increase self-awareness. We'll also explore the patterns that fuel anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and emotional avoidance so you can respond to life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and honest. I offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space where every part of your experience is welcomed and respected. At the same time, I take a direct and appropriately challenging approach. I won't simply validate what feels familiar—I will encourage you to examine the beliefs, narratives, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Growth often requires curiosity and a willingness to embrace new perspectives, and I'll be there to support, encourage and guide you throughout that process.

My goal is to help you build practical tools for managing anxiety, recovering from burnout, strengthening your relationships, and developing a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Together, we'll cultivate resilience, align your actions with your values, and create meaningful, sustainable change so you can move beyond surviving and begin thriving.

My approach to therapy

Time together will create a focus on your goals while using grace and accountability to support getting there. I focus on using your strengths to explore the development of new positive habits and thoughts to redirect and overcome negative ones.

What you can expect from me

Our first session would focus on in depth understanding of your circumstances and identification of beginning steps to work toward the change you are seeking. My hope for your time working with me is a relief from difficulties of the past and present while working toward a hope for the future. We focus on developing new skills to build lasting change. This leads toward new opportunities of freedom from the challenges you are experiencing and brings success!
