I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Over time my work has become increasingly focused on helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I have a deep conviction that emotional wellbeing is closely connected to how we relate to ourselves and the people around us. My practice is centered on providing a space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and equipped to show up more fully for themselves and those they love. I also welcome clients who want to explore faith as part of their journey.
I take a holistic, trauma informed, and integrative approach, drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), somatic practices, CBT, and mindfulness. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client. I believe therapy should be more than just talking about change — it should be experienced. Within a safe and trusting relationship, clients can begin to repair wounds in themselves and in their closest relationships, moving from simply surviving to truly thriving.
The first session is about 50 minutes and is focused on getting a really good picture of what is going on for you and how I can best support you. I will ask a lot of questions to understand your unique history and situation.
Between our second and third session I typically put together a wellness plan that outlines our intentions for our work together and how many sessions I recommend as a starting point. I share this with clients to make sure we are on the same page. We check in regularly along the way to make sure therapy is working for you.
If you have questions before scheduling your first session I offer a free 15 minute consultation. I'd love to connect!
