Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of professional experience in the mental health field and more than eight years of experience supporting and working with individuals in community and wellness settings. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals.

Outside of therapy, I’m also a retired athlete, which has given me a strong understanding of discipline, pressure, identity, motivation, and overcoming challenges both mentally and emotionally. I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and helping clients build healthier perspectives, coping skills, and confidence within themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe healing starts with feeling comfortable enough to be yourself without fear of judgment. My style blends compassion, real conversation, practical coping skills, and emotional insight to help clients better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. As a retired athlete and mental health professional, I understand the importance of resilience, mindset, discipline, and having a space where you can reset mentally and emotionally. I strive to create an environment where clients feel supported, challenged when needed, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel welcoming, relaxed, and supportive. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brought you to therapy, and explore the goals you’d like to work toward. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away. I focus on creating a comfortable space where clients can openly share their experiences, ask questions, and begin building trust in the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll start identifying strengths, challenges, and practical steps toward meaningful progress and emotional wellness.
