My passion has always centered around relationships, supporting people in the way they love each other and themselves, especially relationships that our culture doesn't do a great job of understanding- people who are queer, kinky, poly or just have a relationship type that society doesn't do enough to care for.

I like to stay nimble, pull from a variety of ideas and philosophies, go with what works and above all follow your lead. As a professional it falls on me to offer my formal training, provide resources and maintain structure, but all in the service of your goals and your needs. You’re in charge, I’m here to help.

My goals are your goals. No matter where someone is on their fitness journey, say they are relearning how to walk after an accident, working to maintain strength as they age, looking to build new tools or increase confidence or even training for their first marathon, they can benefit from working with a physical trainer. Therapy and the health of the mind is no different. No matter where you’re at or looking to go, I’d like to help you get there.
