I am a down to earth and compassionate individual who desires to help anyone I can accomplish their goals for their own fulfillment. I am easy going, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I enjoy a wide variety of topics and can switch from day to day topics to in depth meaningful conversations seamlessly in session.
I work to help others navigate their lives in a direction that they desire. I do this by being curious and intentional with my discussions and finding options for change in an individual's day to day life. My modality is momentum based where I can ride the highs of clients into further betterment of themselves or stay calm and present with their lows when needed.
Clients will be able to reduce all or nothing thinking, have more presence of mind and intention with their thoughts, and will be able to set better boundaries to further their own needs and wants.
