Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I became a therapist because I believe people should not have to navigate life’s most difficult seasons alone. I have seen the difference it can make when someone has a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understand their experiences, and rediscover their own strength.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My professional background includes community mental health, school-based services, and play therapy.

I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and move through life’s difficulties with greater confidence. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed interventions, and play therapy techniques when appropriate. Together, we will identify strengths, explore challenges, and develop skills that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your concerns, goals, strengths, and any important life experiences that may be impacting your well-being. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where there is no pressure to have all the answers—our first step is simply building a foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship and a plan that feels right for you.
