Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Christian J. Williams, LPC. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My background includes community mental health, school-based services, and play therapy, and I am passionate about helping clients build on their strengths while navigating life's difficulties. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed interventions, and play therapy techniques when appropriate. Together, we will identify strengths, explore challenges, and develop skills that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your concerns, goals, strengths, and any important life experiences that may be impacting your well-being. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where there is no pressure to have all the answers—our first step is simply building a foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship and a plan that feels right for you.
