Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values peace, authenticity, and creating a safe space for healing. As someone who loves exploring, learning, and finding meaning in life's layers, I bring a calm, empathetic, and thoughtful presence to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, often using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe healing is not solely about "fixing," but understanding and embracing every layer of who you are—past, present, and future—while also taking intentional steps towards growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I am to understand not only your concerns, but also your strengths and the qualities that make you who you are. I keep things conversational during this time so you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we're just getting started, and I'm here to support you.
