Great to meet you!

My name is Christian and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New York. I frequently support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions, helping them gain clarity about what they’re experiencing and build practical strategies for moving forward.

My background includes working in both medical and behavioral healthcare settings. I’ve developed a strong foundation in helping clients navigate anxiety, panic, mood disorders, and major life changes.

Whether you're dealing with persistent anxiety, feeling stuck in negative patterns, or simply looking for a space to process and grow, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy combines thoughtful insight with real conversation. I tend to be analytical and enjoy helping clients look closely at patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and experiences so we can better understand what may be keeping them stuck and how they can move forward.

Therapy with me is warm, genuine, and straightforward. I want clients to feel comfortable speaking openly and feel like they are being genuinely supported. While compassion is central to my work, I also believe growth sometimes requires honesty and accountability. When something is not serving you, we will talk about it.

I draw from evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based strategies, and person centered therapy to help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help the people I work with feel more confident navigating their lives and better equipped to handle challenges as they arise.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about what has been going on in your life, what challenges you have been facing, and what you hope might change or improve. I will also ask some questions about your background so I can better understand the context of what you are experiencing. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and talk about what working together might look like moving forward. You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. We can figure it out together.
