Great to meet you!

I graduated from Colorado State University in 2021 with a Masters in Counseling and Career Development and a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus in life transitions, addictions, and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

Everyone in their life faces conflict at some point, and I believe that when conflict is handled healthily it can foster meaningful change. Whether the conflict is within yourself, a relationship, or a major decision, having support can make these difficult times more manageable. Together, we can learn how to face those conflicts in a healthy, nonjudgmental, and curious way.

What you can expect from me

Life can be challenging to manage. Together, you can expect to grow insight into behaviors that aren't moving you towards your life goals. We will explore these difficult moments with empathy, honesty, and courage.
