Great to meet you!

What about your life do you wish you could better understand? Are your challenges interfering with your professional, romantic, or familial relationships? Is it an “All of the Above” kind of situation? I work with teens and adults, to collaboratively address those concerns that may be causing sleepless nights, anxious mornings, substance dependence, trauma bonds, guilt, and an overall dissatisfaction with the status quo.

My approach to therapy

As extensive as my experiences in this field may be, every client is different, and every client (yes, that includes you) has something remarkable to bring to each and every session. Such uniqueness serves to create an environment of perpetual learning for both therapist and client. The journey to self and navigating through the often-choppy waters of our lives can be frightening, uncomfortable, insufferable, and thus intolerable, be it retrospectively or introspectively.

What you can expect from me

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. So, whether you would like individual or couples, one consistent goal will be to dive into your emotions and concerns together. And though known treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing are therapeutic gold standards, compassion, kindness, patience, impartiality, and respect will always reign supreme. In order for therapy to be successful, collaboration is required.
