Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel understood while working toward meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person, drawing from evidence-based practices while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with showing up as myself and creating a space with you where you can feel safe enough to do the same. From there, we work together to understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools that can help you move forward.

I use evidence-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens, while recognizing that no two people experience life in quite the same way. I’ll meet you with compassion and support, but I also won’t shy away from challenging you when it can help you grow. Therapy with me includes honest conversations, reflection, and opportunities to try new ways of thinking, relating, and coping.

I tailor our work to who you are, what you’ve experienced, and what you want for yourself. Above all, I want our work together to feel real, like a space where you don’t have to perform, have the right words, or be anyone other than yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know one another and giving you the space to share what brought you to therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin, we’ll start wherever you are. I’ll ask questions to better understand what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. By the end of our first few sessions, we’ll begin identifying goals together and creating a direction for our work, while continuing to build the trust and comfort that make deeper work possible.
