Great to meet you!

Throughout my career I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and families find the peace and resolve they always felt they deserved but struggled to believe possible. I believe most people can name the change they desire but find the difficulty in claiming that change in the midst of life's daily demands.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice an evidence based model: Motivational Interviewing, it is a collaborative conversation to strengthen a person's own motivation for and commitment to change. Motivational Interviewing has demonstrated results in work with behavior change. I have extensive experience helping people replace unwanted behaviors for long-lasting, fulfilling lifestyle changes.

What you can expect from our first session
