Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired of holding it all together, or like no one truly sees what you’re carrying—this is your space to exhale.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults (ages 15–25) who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, and self-injury. Most of my experience has been in specialty mental health, supporting clients with high-acuity needs just outside of institutional care. That means I’m comfortable sitting with the heavy stuff—and helping you find your way through it.

My approach is client-centered, integrative, and grounded in relationship. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I pull from trauma-informed CBT, family systems, and other evidence-based tools, but I always tailor our work to you—your story, your strengths, your goals. If spirituality is important to you, we can make space for that too, in whatever way feels authentic for you.

This is a place to feel supported, heard, and held. A place

to rest, heal, and reconnect with your sense of self—so you can return to the world with more clarity, strength, and peace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is deeply client-centered and relational. I don’t believe in forcing a rigid structure onto someone’s healing process—instead, I take an integrative approach that draws from evidence-based practices like trauma-focused CBT, family systems theory, and mindfulness-based tools, while staying flexible and responsive to your unique needs.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration. I’m here to walk alongside you, not in front of you. I’ll meet you where you are, whether that’s processing trauma, building coping strategies, exploring identity, or simply needing a safe space to rest and regroup. I also value the role of family and community, and when appropriate, I welcome supportive figures into the process to strengthen the work we do together.

At its core, my approach is about helping you feel more connected to yourself—more empowered, more seen, and more equipped to move through life with intention and self-trust.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave sessions feeling a little more grounded, a little more understood, and a little less alone. My space is one where you don’t have to have it all figured out—where you can exhale, be messy, be real, and still be held with care.

Together, we’ll work through what’s heavy, gently explore what’s underneath, and build tools that help you feel more steady in your everyday life. Some days that might look like deep processing, other days it might be celebrating small wins or simply making it through the week. However you show up, I’ll meet you there—with warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for your journey.

Above all, I believe in your resilience. Even if you can’t feel it yet—I’ll hold onto that belief until you can. This is a space to feel—not just attend.
