Working at Lifeologie Counseling, I use an eclectic mix of EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, IFS, Existential Therapy, and ERP. The main goal that I have as we work together is to ensure that you find peace in the knowledge that all behavior makes sense in context as you heal. This is something I have picked up through my work as a counselor in both a private practice and forensic environment.
