Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. I’ve worked in community mental health, court systems, and outpatient programs — serving youth, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions.

If you’re someone who has had to be “the strong one,” the responsible one, or the one who figures it out for everyone else — I see you.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning but internally exhausted. They show up for work, for family, for everyone — but struggle privately with overwhelm, burnout, shame, or frustration.

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to shrink. You don’t have to explain cultural context. You can show up fully — and we work from there.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on real change.

I use evidence-based approaches like:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you break patterns that no longer serve you
  • Motivational Interviewing to strengthen your confidence and clarity
  • Strengths-Based work to build from what’s already resilient within you

But more than techniques, I focus on helping you understand why you respond the way you do — and how to shift it.

We’ll look at:

  • Stress and anxiety patterns
  • Relationship dynamics
  • Emotional regulation
  • Boundaries
  • Internalized pressure and expectations

My approach is balanced — supportive, but not passive. You’ll leave sessions with insight and tools you can actually use in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow things down.

You’ll have space to share what’s been weighing on you — without interruption or judgment.

We’ll talk about:

  • What brought you here
  • What you’re hoping will change
  • What you’ve already tried
  • What support looks like for you

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You don’t need a polished story. Just come as you are.

By the end of that first session, you’ll have clarity about next steps and a sense of whether we’re the right fit. Therapy should feel safe — but it should also feel forward-moving.
