Great to meet you!

For nearly a decade, I’ve supported people through life’s challenges as a therapist, combining expertise, compassion and a holistic approach tailored to your needs. My passion for this work comes from a deep belief in the power of healing and personal growth. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, relationship struggles, and difficult life transitions.

I’ve seen many therapists who act robotic and are hard to connect with, and I promised myself I would never be that kind of therapist. My approach is warm, authentic, and deeply human. I take an integrative approach, incorporating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) for trauma and PTSD, along with Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—maybe you're feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by the past. Maybe you're struggling with a loss, navigating relationship challenges, or adjusting to a big life change. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you process, heal, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Together, we’ll work toward the clarity, relief, and growth you deserve.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, so I tailor my work to meet each client where they are, creating a space that feels supportive, affirming, and truly personalized to their needs.

I strive to create a safe, affirming space for all sexual and gender identities, making LGBTQIA+ inclusivity a core part of my practice. I also frequently work with individuals in creative fields, understanding the unique challenges that come with pursuing artistic passions and careers.

If you are ready to process the past, remove blocks or triggers that prevents you from being in the present, and step into a more fulfilling life, I’m here to support you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative. You might see that word a lot in the therapeutic setting, but what does it mean? It means I walk alongside you. I invite curiosity and reflection so that you and I can explore & discover together. Collaborative means I empower you in your healing process. Clients can expect a safe, stable therapeutic environment created with care, intentionally, openness and transparency.

What you can expect from our first session

I work in partnership with you toward the goal of facilitating overall well-being by tapping into your potential for personal insight and resiliency. I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship between you and I, which provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your inner most selves, ultimately finding the truest forms of healing, resilience, and growth: those that stem from within.
