Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist in Wisconsin, I bring over two decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on understanding each client's unique journey, with specialized expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, stress, and family dynamics. I am deeply committed to helping clients navigate challenging life transitions, from workplace stress and relationship difficulties to personal growth and self-discovery. My therapeutic practice focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful personal transformation.

My work spans a wide range of focus areas, including social anxiety, trauma recovery, mood disorders, attachment challenges, and multicultural concerns. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults, men, women, and families as they work through complex emotional experiences and seek greater self-understanding and resilience.

By integrating evidence-based approaches with empathetic, client-centered care, I aim to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner strengths, build self-compassion, and create more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

I am an open-minded, empathetic therapist who will also gently challenge you to grow

into your best self. In our sessions, I draw on approaches like CBT, ACT, and Narrative

Therapy to help you understand patterns, shift your thinking, and reconnect with your

strengths. Mindfulness practices and EFT help us work through emotions at a deeper

level, while Solution-Focused techniques keep us oriented toward the future you want.

Every tool I use is chosen for you specifically, not pulled from a standard playbook.

What you can expect from me

My approach is entirely collaborative. In our first session, we will talk through what

brought you here, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope life could look like

on the other side. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. I will ask thoughtful

questions, listen closely, and together we will start building a roadmap tailored to

exactly where you are. By the end of our first conversation, you will have a clearer

sense of direction and feel genuinely heard.
