Great to meet you!

As someone who has personally navigated complex life challenges—including parenting, trauma, loss, and spiritual transformation—I bring not only clinical expertise but deep empathy to each session. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe in meeting you where you are, walking with you at your own pace, and honoring your unique story.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, past trauma (including childhood and domestic abuse), life transitions, and issues related to self-worth and identity. I also welcome those who want to explore spirituality or reconnect with their inner voice.

Together, we will uncover patterns, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you're looking to process pain, learn practical tools, or simply feel less alone, my goal is to help you build a life that feels more whole and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic insight to help clients gain self-awareness, heal from past wounds, and build the tools needed for lasting growth. I also integrate systems thinking, understanding that our relationships and environments play a significant role in how we experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and the confidence to navigate life with more intention and peace. Through our work together, you will learn how to:

  • Identify and shift negative thought patterns
  • Set healthy boundaries in relationships
  • Reconnect with your values and inner voice
  • Process unresolved trauma with care and support
  • Communicate your needs more clearly and confidently
  • Practice self-compassion and create space for healing
  • Use mindfulness and grounding techniques to manage stress and overwhelm

Many clients say they begin to feel less alone, more empowered, and better equipped to handle challenges with resilience. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building tools that last, nurturing your growth, and honoring your journey.
