Life simply sucks sometimes. At one point or another we have all suffered hardships that has left us defeated, down-trodden, insecure and uncertain of what to do. It is my belief that therapy allows clients to extract the solutions to life's problems despite the size or difficulty. As a licensed professional with several years of experience in inpatient and outpatient counseling, it is my goal to work in collaboration with YOU.

My guiding theory is Cognitive Behavior Therapy . With this theory it is believed that an individual's thoughts shape their perception, comprehension, as well as how they associate meaning to life events. CBT is a type of therapy that helps individuals understand how their thoughts and feelings impact their behaviors.
