Great to meet you!

I hold a fierce passion for getting to know you and walking alongside you through the pain you carry. I believe every part of your story matters, and I bring genuine curiosity, care, and respect to our work together. Outside of session, you might find me painting, walking by the beach, spending time with family and friends, or traveling when I get the chance, all of which remind me to stay grounded, present, and open, the same qualities I bring into the therapy room with you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a place to bring whatever is present and hold it with care and curiosity. Together, we'll notice what needs attention and give those parts of you the space to be explored gently and without judgment. As we work in the present, moments from the past that need witnessing, processing, and integration will likely surface, and I'll help you meet them with the attention and respect they deserve.

I often think of this work as an act of Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with liquid gold. A vessel with a crack isn't discarded, it's honored, and the very break becomes part of something stronger and more beautiful. I approach your story the same way: your imperfections and hard chapters aren't flaws to fix, but places where something new and resilient can take shape. Together, we'll work to build a safe internal world for you, one that ripples outward into every part of your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a warm, no-pressure space to simply start telling your story. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now, and begin to understand what support looks like for you. There's no rush and nothing you need to have figured out ahead of time. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, safe, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
