Great to meet you!

I work with teenagers and adults navigating life transitions, loss, and periods of significant change. Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally weighed down, unsure how to move forward, or struggling to make sense of what they’ve been carrying. I aim to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and grounded—where your experiences are taken seriously and explored with care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, so our work is shaped by your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful to you. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop tools that support you both emotionally and practically. Therapy with me is a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move forward in a way that feels realistic and supportive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space. I’ll meet you where you are and help guide conversations at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I aim to be present, honest, and collaborative, while also offering gentle structure and insight when it’s helpful. You don’t need to have everything figured out. My role is to support you as you sort through what you’re carrying and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
