Great to meet you!
Healing rarely begins because someone has all the answers. More often, it begins when someone finally feels safe enough to tell the truth about what they’re carrying.
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to perform, explain away your feelings, or pretend you’re okay. It should be a space where you can simply show up as you are—with your questions, your pain, your hopes, and your story—and know you’ll be met with compassion rather than judgment.
I received my clinical training under internationally recognized trauma expert Dr. Charles Figley at Tulane University, where I developed a deep understanding of how trauma affects the brain, body, relationships, and our sense of self. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday complexities of being human.
My commitment is simple: to create a therapeutic relationship that is authentic, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to write the next chapter of their story.
