Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive, attuned, and sustained therapeutic space where clients can slow down and better understand their internal experiences, including patterns shaped by past and present relationships. This often includes making space to reflect on and work through experiences that have not previously been fully processed or explored in a supportive environment. My work focuses on helping individuals develop greater clarity, emotional awareness, and intentional change over time.

My approach to therapy

Many clients come to therapy with a strong capacity for insight, yet still find it difficult to shift emotional and relational patterns in real time. In our work, we focus on gently bringing attention to these moments as they unfold, and on developing a greater capacity to stay with internal experience with more clarity, steadiness, and self-understanding. Over time, this can support a more grounded and flexible way of relating to both oneself and others.

What you can expect from me

I bring a globally informed perspective shaped by my international background and nine years of experience in the legal and finance sectors in New York City. I primarily work with students, adults, and couples navigating identity, complex personal and relational transitions.

Please note that couples sessions are offered on an out-of-pocket basis only.
