Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including operating adult substance use treatment programs, providing assessments and court-ordered care, and managing my own private practice.

I have experience working with teens, adults, and families, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My areas of expertise include substance use, stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking personal growth, I am here to help you build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your concerns, background, and goals to help guide our work together.

This time also allows us to determine if we are a good fit and ensure your needs are within the scope of my services. You’re welcome to ask questions and share at your own pace as we begin the process.
