Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State and earned my Master's Degree at Adelphi University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults of all ages, couples and families dealing with day to day life stressors; as well as anxiety, depression, behavioral and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and welcoming, as I believe in "meeting my clients where they are at". Whether you have been to therapy before or are still unsure about it, I will work collaboratively with you to set goals that are centered around your own needs and desires of what you wish to accomplish in treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment for my clients to freely share their emotions and thoughts. Whether you are seeking short-term solutions to your issues, need to work on communication and setting boundaries with others, or wish to learn skills to change your own behaviors and attitudes, we will work together to create the best treatment approach based on your needs and preferences, so you can feel confident and secure during our therapy sessions.
