Great to meet you!

I have well over a decade of clinical experience in counseling individuals of all ages, but have concentrated experience and expertise in counseling children and their parents. In addition, I have special expertise with Women's Issues including Issues during the Peri-natal period, Postpartum Depression, controlling/abusive relationships, and the grief of miscarriage.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas, a National Certified Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist. I earned my Masters of Science degree in Counseling at The University of North Texas in 2010 and earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology cum laude from The University of North Texas in 2006.

I have gained a broad range of clinical experience including training at the University of North Texas Center for Play Therapy, community counseling at the Student Counseling Center at the University of North Texas, outpatient counseling and psychological testing experience at Applied Psychology Group of Texoma, leading in-patient mental health groups at Texoma Medical Center Behavioral Health Center, and providing Play Therapy at Grayson County Children’s Advocacy Center.
