Great to meet you!

Hey you! I’m Christin, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to unpack life’s challenges. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating difficult life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the life you want. You don’t have to figure everything out alone; therapy can be a space where real growth and healing begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel both understood and empowered. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing while also gaining practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients to explore patterns, process emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies that support long-term growth. My goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and confidence as you move forward in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a space to start your therapy experience. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change or improve in your life. I may ask questions to understand your background and current challenges better, but there is no pressure to share everything at once. The goal is to begin building a safe, supportive relationship and create a plan for how therapy can best support you.
