Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, boundary issues, relationship problems, codependency, negative body image, life transitions, and marital conflict. I believe that having faith in something greater than oneself can lead to lasting change. Faith and spirituality can be an important tool in the counseling process. Although my Christian faith is important to me, I respect those with other beliefs and only incorporate spirituality at the client's request.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Feeling overwhelmed? Having trouble coping with the stress of everyday life? Feeling stuck? Or maybe you've lost intimacy and connection in your marriage. I’m here to help equip you with the tools and support you need to cope. I am passionate about serving others and helping them achieve wellness holistically. While my clients often experience similar issues, no two people are the same. Therefore, my approach to treatment is tailored to each client's specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session
