Great to meet you!

Hey, dear. If anxiety, mood swings, ADHD, or trauma are making daily life feel overwhelming for you or your loved one, you’re not alone — I understand how exhausting it can be to carry these challenges while hoping for balance and clarity. I’m a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC), and I’m here to create a safe, welcoming space where healing and growth are possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, trust, and understanding. I take time to listen beyond symptoms and understand what you’ve truly been going through, so you feel seen and not judged.

From there, we work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your life and goals, using evidence-based care in a safe and supportive space.

My goal is to help you feel lighter, supported, and no longer alone in whatever it is you’re carrying.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe space to simply be yourself — there’s no pressure and no judgment. We’ll start with a calm conversation about what’s been going on and what brought you or your loved one to seek support. From there, we’ll talk about your goals and whether medication, therapy, or both may be helpful. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your options and the next steps, and my priority is making sure you feel heard, comfortable, and supported.
