At one point or another most people in life will experience overwhelming and unpleasant feelings such as stress, sadness, loneliness, anger or grief. This might be from a conflict, loss, trauma or a serious change in your relationships or professional life. Despite these negative feelings, we all have the ability to heal our past and present hurts and move forward to a happier future. I work with my clients to harness this innate healing to achieve the life they want.

As a seasoned and compassionate therapist, I work with my client to foster honest self-reflection, increase self-esteem, and build coping skills to help them overcome obstacles that are keeping them from moving forward. I encourage my clients in our work together to understand themselves better and thereby strengthen their ability to choose the good that they desire in their lives.
