Great to meet you!

I provide a safe, affirming space for folks experiencing trauma, bipolar, psychosis, depression, identity exploration, and spiritual awakening. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we go beneath the surface, using mind-body awareness and the wisdom held in your nervous system as a doorway to what words alone can’t always reach. We move safely toward what’s been difficult to express, noticing how emotions live in the body and letting that awareness guide the healing, so you can begin to feel lighter and move through life with a greater sense of freedom.

My approach to therapy

What sets my approach apart is the integration of mind, body, and spirit, because when we work on all three levels together, change tends to be deeper and more lasting. I draw from Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring our work to what fits you best.

My work is rooted in social justice and a non-pathologizing view of mental health. As someone with ADHD, I know firsthand that what gets labeled a “disorder” often carries real gifts — creativity, sensitivity, and unique ways of seeing the world. I bring that same lens to every client, honoring the wisdom that can live even inside the hardest experiences.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients share that over time they begin to feel lighter, like something they’ve been carrying for a long time finally has somewhere to go. They find they can go deeper into difficult places without feeling overwhelmed, because the space feels genuinely safe. Together we explore the coping patterns that once made sense and gently move toward ones that serve them better now.

Perhaps most importantly, clients tell me they feel truly seen and accepted including the parts of themselves they’ve kept hidden, the ones they’ve felt most uncertain or ashamed of bringing into the light. Those parts are welcome here too.
