Great to meet you!

I offer a therapy space designed for people who have already spent time reflecting on themselves and want something deeper than simply talking through problems. If you understand your patterns but still feel stuck in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or self criticism, this work is meant to support meaningful change. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the ways your mind and body have adapted over time. You’re not broken, your experiences make sense, and together we’ll focus on creating safety, clarity, and lasting healing rather than endless venting.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence based, trauma-informed approach that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself that developed to cope with pain, stress, or difficult life experiences. Instead of trying to fix or get rid of symptoms, we slow down and get curious about the parts of you that feel anxious, guarded, perfectionistic, or shut down. As these parts begin to feel safe and understood, deeper healing becomes possible. This approach is especially helpful for clients who already have insight and are ready to work at a deeper emotional level.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a sense of safety and understanding your goals for therapy. We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you in, but we won’t rush into anything. I’ll help you get oriented to the therapeutic approach and begin noticing how different parts of you show up in your inner world. Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved, grounded, and hopeful, often with a clearer sense that therapy can be a place for real healing, not just talking things through.
