Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of specialized experience in the addiction field and several years providing individual and family therapy, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and evidence‐based approach to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments. I am expanding my practice to work with adults virtually, offering accessible and flexible support for those seeking meaningful change

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths‐Based Practice, and Trauma‐Informed Care. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative — I meet you where you are, honor your lived experience, and help you identify practical steps toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded space where you can share what’s been going on at your own pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, strengths, and the challenges bringing you to therapy. Together, we’ll clarify what you’d like to work toward and outline a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about our next step.
