Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m Christina Bolis, a licensed psychotherapist who believes that therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in understanding, safety, and genuine connection. Taking the step to seek support isn’t always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.

I work with adults and couples facing anxiety, relational concerns, and emotional challenges, using an integrative, attachment-focused approach to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

I believe that everyone’s story is unique and deserves an individualized, thoughtful approach to care. Once we decide to work together, therapy becomes a collaborative process where we move at a pace that feels supportive and intentional. Creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood is central to my work.

I value open and honest communication and will work alongside you to explore patterns, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I’m here to listen, to gently challenge when helpful, and to support you as you navigate your path forward.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect From Your First Session

Our work together will begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This first session is a space for us to begin getting to know one another and to explore what support might look like for you.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported in sharing openly and at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and laying the foundation for our work, which we’ll continue to build on in the sessions that follow.
