Great to meet you!

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is safe, thoughtful, and grounded in empathy, where clients can explore their story without judgment while developing practical tools for emotional regulation, secure relationships, and personal growth. When meaningful to the client, I also incorporate faith-informed perspectives into the healing process.

My approach to therapy

I am a relational and attachment-based therapist who helps individuals and couples understand the deeper emotional patterns shaping their lives and relationships. My work is trauma-informed and integrates approaches such as EMDR-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, and compassion-focused work to help clients heal from experiences such as grief, relational trauma, abandonment wounds, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know one another and exploring what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, important life experiences, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I may ask questions about your relationships, emotional patterns, and personal history so I can better understand your story and how to best support you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together toward healing and growth.
