Great to meet you!

I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, trust their intuition, manage anxiety, and create meaningful boundaries and connections in relationships. I work well with:

  • Caregivers (therapists, social workers, nurses, teachers, parents... etc!)
  • People who have experienced Trauma
  • People in the LGBTQIA+ community
  • Young adults
  • Adult Children of Alcoholics
  • People experiencing anxiety, depression, or burnout

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a trauma-informed therapist with training in Somatic Psychology. As I work with each client, we hold the past and present together while creating an honest space for new insights and personal growth to unfold. My style is curious and validating, and I actively participate and offer reflections with clients.

I strongly believe that cultural and sociological forces have a great impact on shaping us, and consider issues around power and privilege as crucial factors in what brings us to therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I collaborate with clients in setting goals. I offer tools and techniques for navigating difficult emotions and interpersonal conflicts, building self-esteem and asserting healthy boundaries.
