Great to meet you!

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe that quality care starts with listening carefully, understanding the full picture, and building a treatment plan together. I consider symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, stressors, strengths, and personal goals when making recommendations.

When medication is appropriate, I take time to explain options, benefits, potential side effects, and what to expect. I also value supportive therapy, education, healthy routines, and practical coping strategies as part of the healing process. My goal is to help patients feel more informed, empowered, and supported in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and thorough evaluation. We will talk about current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle factors, and what the client hopes to gain from care. This session is also a chance for clients to ask questions and share what has or has not worked for them in the past.

By the end of the visit, we will begin developing a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive strategies, lifestyle recommendations, follow-up care, or referrals as needed. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps.
