I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University, University Park, PA in 2010. In 2017, I received my master’s degree in social work from the University of New England, Biddeford, ME. After completing my master's degree, I passed the Pennsylvania Board of Social Work’s licensure exam and obtained my LCSW (#CW021224). I also acquired my Level One certification in cognitive behavioral therapy from the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists.

My approach to therapy

My clinical orientation is client-centered focusing on cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, empowerment, and solution-focused approaches. I am truly passionate about the counseling field and sincerely look forward to having a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with you to find solutions and relief to obtain better mental wellness.
