Great to meet you!

I am most widely known for the safe healing spaces that I create for women of Color. Through my practice, I have facilitated an Annual Sister Circle Retreat, and ongoing weekly Sister Circle therapeutic support groups for over a decade. In doing so, I have worked to empower a multitude of women in creating the lives that they want.

My approach to therapy

I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients' individual needs to help them confront challenges and attain the personal growth they’re striving for. By integrating evidence-based and culturally relevant techniques with genuine compassion, I strive to create a supportive and empowering space where you can explore your experiences, develop new insights, and work toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic style is grounded in person-centered and integrative approaches, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies. This allows me to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, codependency, life transitions, women’s issues, couples issues, family conflict, and diversity-related concerns. Additionally, I work with those seeking personal growth, emotional resilience, and greater life balance. My goal is to help you navigate these experiences with increased insight, empowerment, actionable steps, and the tools necessary to overcome obstacles and move forward with confidence.

Together, we will develop a personalized plan to address emotional and physical barriers, guiding you toward the life you envision. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
