Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinician specializing in integrative, somatic psychotherapy that supports clients in deepening the connection between mind and body. I earned my clinical training and graduate education in mental health counseling and have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is collaborative and grounded, blending evidence-based practices with somatic awareness to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and somatic, meaning I focus on the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I draw from evidence-based modalities while incorporating body-based awareness to help clients better understand how emotions and experiences are held and processed in the nervous system. I aim to create a grounded, collaborative space where clients can move at their own pace toward greater insight, regulation, and authentic connection with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin getting to know what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work on. We will explore current concerns, relevant history, and patterns in both emotional and body-based experiences, at a pace that feels comfortable. I also use this time to answer questions about the therapy process and begin collaboratively identifying goals for our work together.
